Beer Garden Smoked Salmon Strips
Hand cut strips of premier wild Alaskan salmon fillets, basted in Fish Brewing Company’s Clean Water Ale beer, lightly peppered and then two-stage smoked in the traditional Northwest method for a hearty smokehouse flavor.
We’ve recently switched to using Clean Water Ale from Fish Brewing Company, based out of Olympia, WA. This company uses artesian water from McAllister Springs, and their ingredients are grown without the use of the harmful fertilizers and pesticides. We are proud to have teamed with Fish Brewing, as they have supported a variety of water-quality and salmon conservation efforts in the Puget Sound area.

These hand-cut strips of wild Alaskan salmon have been basted in Redhook beer, topped with cracked black pepper and double-smoked for a hearty smokehouse flavor that’s the perfect partner to a great craft beer!
These SeaBear BeerGarden Smoked Salmon Strips are ready-to-serve all by themselves or with crackers and cream cheese. They can be kept frozen for up to six months.
To thaw before using, we recommend thawing in the refrigerator overnight. Once thawed, each item should be kept refrigerated until serving and should be used within about 5 days.
Ships On Ice
Items with this symbol ship on ice, and must be either refrigerated or frozen upon arrival. Shipped via FedEx 2 Day Air Express in a reusable cooler, all at our standard shipping rate. Shipments on ice are sent Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only.
